Following weeks of anticipation, the PayPal & PulsoSocial Dev Meetup: E-Commerce in Mexico has arrived. Set to take place in Mexico City, the event will set the stage for a keynote presentation from Jonathan LeBlancPrincipal Developer Evangelist at PayPal.
