Latin American entrepreneurs, it’s time to get in gear! Today is the last day to register your startup for the PS10. The deadline for applications to be named one of Latin America’s top 10 startups is upon us, and you’ve got just a few hours left.
The PS10 (also known as the PulsoSocial10) is a list we compile annually of the top startups in Latin America. The contest is open to early-stage startups throughout the region with high-potential, technology-based products.
Last year, Brazilian startup Everwrite came out on top. Check out the full results of past editions (2008, 2009 and 2011).
The winner of this year’s PS10 will receive a trip to New York City in March. There, two members of the winning startup’s team will meet with some of Latin America’s top investors.
What We’re Looking For
Applying companies must:
– be based in Latin America,
– have been in business for under three years, and
– possess a scalable and high-impact product with a realistic way to expand internationally, generate value or create jobs.
The selection process will last approximately six weeks, and startups will be evaluated based on three main criteria: entrepreneurial vision, business projection and technological innovation.
Applications will be accepted up to the end of the day today. To find out more and to register your startup, visit http://ps10.pulsosocial.com/.
