The Founder Institute is on its way to Rio de Janeiro. The world’s largest startup accelerator will soon be accepting applications for those wishing to form part of its inaugural Rio program, which will commence during the second quarter of 2013. And next week, the organization will host a local event to give those interested an idea of what the Founder Institute is all about.
On Tuesday, December 4th, FI will host the Startup Ideation Bootcamp. The intensive three-hour workshop is designed to give entrepreneurs the tools to turn their ideas into living, breathing projects. Attendees will pick up tips on how to improve their concepts, generate new ideas and take the next steps in building startups.
In the collaborative setting of the Startup Ideation Bootcamp, participants will have the opportunity to meet potential co-founders and interact with experienced professionals who have already traveled down the entrepreneurial path. Russ Rive, Founder and CEO of SuperUber, Guilherme Cohn, Partner at Confrapar, and Frederico Alves, CEO of Fisgo, will be on hand to guide participants and ask tough questions about market size, growth potential and profitability.
The Founder Institute’s Startup Ideation Bootcamp will start at 6:30 p.m. at B2W in Rio de Janeiro. Find out more and register to attend here.
