This Thursday, November 29th, Anjos do Brasil will host its first national conference.
Anjos do Brasil is a nonprofit organization created to foster the growth of angel investment in Brazil. It seeks to promote investment, entrepreneurship and innovation through meetups, resources, networking and events.
The organization’s first conference will be held at INSPER in São Paulo. Starting at 2:00 p.m., the event’s programming will include speeches, discussion panels and networking sessions for attendees to enjoy.
Anjos do Brasil founder Cassio Spina will open the event with a speech on the angel investment scene in Brazil. Next up, a group of investors and executives will talk about the relationship between angel investors and venture capital funds. Later, representatives from Brazilian accelerators 21212, Aceleradora, Aceleratech and Cietec will talk about the challenges posed by the startup ecosystem for accelerators. Legal themes will also be discussed, as well as strategies for developing entrepreneurship in Brazil.
The conference will come to a close with an hour-long networking session for entrepreneurs and investors, followed by the launch of Empreendorismo Inovador, a book by Nei Grando.
