Digital Diversification Strategy
This most recent acquisition comes as a part of the Grupo RBS’s diversification strategy in creating a portfolio of online retail brands. Other enterprises, including Predicta, Guia da Semana, da Hi-Mídia and ObaOba, have already been bought by the company.
The digital holding division of RBS Group was founded in September of last year with a focus on investments in digital media, e-commerce and mobile. The corporation already has a strong presence in television, print and radio.
